Il prezzo non è comprensivo della moto donatrice. La moto deve essere fornita dal cliente. Non si assumono responsabilità in merito all’integrità ed il corretto funzionamento meccanico ed impiantistico del veicolo.
Qualora il cliente volesse provvedere autonomamente al montaggio dei componenti, è possibile valutare e concordare la spedizione del kit.

Il kit di preparazione presenta il gruppo ottico anteriore e posteriore, ma non il portatarga, gli specchi retrovisori e gli indicatori di direzione venduti separatamente.

Il kit non consente l'uso su strade aperte al pubblico.

I componenti di fornitura esterna possono subire variazioni in base alla disponibilità dei fornitori

The price does not include the donor motorcycle. The customer must provide the motorcycle. We assume no responsibility for the integrity and proper mechanical and system functioning of the vehicle.
If the customer wishes to assemble the components themselves, shipping of the kit can be discussed and arranged.

The preparation kit includes the front and rear lights, but not the license plate holder, rearview mirrors, and turn signals, which are sold separately.

The kit is not intended for use on public roads.

Components supplied by third parties may vary based on supplier availability.

1. Oggetto della Prenotazione

La Prenotazione è relative al programma di conversione per veicoli Ducati 848-1098-1198 così come da scheda tecnica e descrizione.

2. Durata e Validità

La presente Prenotazione ha efficacia dalla data della sua sottoscrizione e rimarrà valida per un periodo di 2 mesi, salvo diversa pattuizione scritta tra le Parti. Essa non costituisce vincolo contrattuale

vincolante ad eccezione delle clausole espressamente indicate come vincolanti.

3. Clausola Vincolante

Le Parti convengono che la clausola sono vincolante di riservatezza: le informazioni scambiate saranno trattate con la massima    riservatezza e non saranno divulgate a terzi senza consenso scritto.

4. Obblighi delle Parti

Le Parti si impegnano a collaborare in buona fede, a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per il buon esito delle trattative e a negoziare in modo diligente etrasparente al fine di definire il contratto definitivo.

5. Rinuncia a Responsabilità

La presente Prenotazione non costituisce impegno definitivo né vincolante per la conclusione del contratto definitivo, salvo quanto previsto nelle clausole esplicitamente indicate come vincolanti.

1. Subject of the Reservation

The Reservation relates to the conversion program for Ducati 848-1098-1198 vehicles, as per the technical specifications and description.

2. Duration and Validity

This Reservation is effective from the date of its signature and will remain valid for a period of 2 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties. It does not constitute a binding contractual obligation,

except for the clauses expressly designated as binding.

3. Binding Clause

The Parties agree that this clause is binding on confidentiality: the information exchanged will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

4. Obligations of the Parties

The Parties undertake to cooperate in good faith, to provide all information necessary for the successful outcome of negotiations, and to negotiate diligently and transparently in order to establish the final contract.

5. Waiver of Liability

This Reservation does not constitute a definitive or binding commitment to the conclusion of the final contract, except as provided in the clauses explicitly designated as binding.
